I’m participating in this Challenge because I believe in the power of mentoring and supporting the next generation of women leaders. Nerdy Girl Success is dedicated to empowering young women with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in their careers and communities.
 

As a Challenger, I’ve set a personal fundraising goal of $2,500 to help Nerdy Girl Success expand its programs and reach even more young women across Houston and beyond. Every dollar raised will support:

• Leadership development programs: In a safe and supportive environment, participants are encouraged to flex their leadership muscles, enhancing their confidence and capabilities.

• Career exploration programs: Through mentorship and job shadowing experiences, participants gain firsthand insights into various industries and professions.

• Scholarships: Through monetary scholarships awarded each year, recipients are able to pursue post-high school educational opportunities. 
   

All of this is provided completely free of charge. Financial barriers should never stand in the way of a girl's ambition and her journey towards a successful career.
