Enjoy new and old friends at this French-inspired evening, beginning pool-side with a crisp, refreshing Champagne Aperitif reminding you of strawberries, citrus fruits, and ginger. Begin your dinner with a dreamy, rich and creamy French Shrimp Appetizer followed by Boeuf a la Bourguignon and an Orange and Tomato Salad all accompanied with French Wines. You will want to save room for the “topping on the cake”—a delicious home-made French Tart. Continue your evening poolside with after dinner drinks and more conversation.

A lovely and entertaining Oscar themed evening will captivate our guests at this catered affair in this newly renovated Mediterranean home on the 3rd Street Canal in Aqualane Shores. We will kick off the event with champagne and craft cocktails “Oscar style”! A delicious raw bar will be presented including tuna tartar cones. A divine dinner will be served in a “sit down” setting with your choice of salmon with a mustard glaze or beef tenderloin. The evening will close with coffee service and an array of elegant pastries. We will share Oscar trivia from past and present winners and have a few surprises in store for our guests to leave feeling bedazzled. Come dressed in your Oscar best wearing white, black, silver or gold!
