Black-led nonprofits continue to show up for our communities with heart, courage, and commitment, but they often do so with 76% fewer unrestricted resources than white-led peers. That means less funding for planning, strategy, fundraising, data, and the critical behind-the-scenes work that keeps an organization stable and sustainable.
This year, Little Bit of Good is raising $13,000 to provide 100 hours of free consulting and capacity-building support to Black-led nonprofits in 2026. These hours translate directly into the tools and clarity leaders need to strengthen their programs, grow their funding, and deepen their impact.
And here’s where your little bit of good truly goes a long way.
With your support, leaders will receive hands-on help with:
• Grant writing and fundraising strategy
• Strategic planning and roadmapping
• Board development and governance
• Program design and impact metrics
• Data collection and storytelling
• Budget development and financial clarity
• Operational systems and workflow support
Some organizations may need one hour of guidance; others may need three or four. But every hour strengthens a nonprofit’s ability to plan, grow, and sustain their mission, and every dollar you give directly funds those hours.
Your gift helps close the capacity gap for Black-led nonprofits and ensures the organizations closest to the community have access to the strategic support they deserve.
All it takes is a little bit of good to create big, lasting change.
