Hole Monitor Volunteer

Help make the Eagles Challenge Golf Tournament a success by serving as a Hole Monitor! Volunteers play a key role in tracking "Closest to the Pin" and "Hole-in-One" contests throughout the day.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Monitor an assigned golf hole from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Measure and record golf ball distances for Closest to the Pin contests.
• Accurately document player ball numbers and measurements.
• Help verify and document any Hole-in-One achievements, including photos and required paperwork.

What We Provide

• Training and a brief volunteer orientation.
• Breakfast
• Clipboard, golfer roster, measuring tape, repair tool, towel, and course information.
• A shaded tent, chairs, and water at your assigned hole.
• Dinner

Volunteer Requirements

• Wear your Kids Matter International volunteer t-shirt. (Provided at check-in)
• Comfortable tennis shoes or golf shoes with soft spikes.
• Be prepared for outdoor conditions by bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
• Enjoy spending the day supporting a great cause while helping create a fun tournament experience for golfers!
