Practicing Joy in Times of Crisis: Soft Landing

*for nonprofit staff involved in wildfire recovery work*

SOFT LANDING

A movement, sound healing, and deep rest experience

With Francine Madera

September 29th,  5:30-7:30 pm

This evening is an invitation to open, move, release, and rest your body. As a group we'll move through some gentle and freeing movement to shake off the day, open the body, and awaken lighter energy within ourselves. Expect transformative breathing exercises and sound bowls to carry the group into a state of deep rest through a yoga nidra experience with sound healing. This offering is about receiving, you are invited to just show up and enjoy the journey.

About Francine:

Francine Francine Madera is a strategist, educator, and healer working at the intersection of wellbeing, creativity and business. As the founder of Grow with Francine, she draws on more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, community building, wellness education, leadership development, and entrepreneurship to help people build lives and organizations that are both sustainable and meaningful. Francine holds a potent and powerful space wherever she goes, inspiring those around her to reconnect with their inner wisdom while integrating practical applications. Her practice spans meditation, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and conscious business strategy, in settings that include nonprofit, treatment, and corporate. Whether coaching entrepreneurs, facilitating a wellness experience, or advising leadership teams, her focus stays the same: helping people find clarity, resilience, and aligned action, while bridging science and intuition, structure and creativity, personal growth and collective impact.
