Filling the Well: Sustainable Self-Care for Movement Work
Led by Felina Danalis
When we are constantly giving to our communities, our causes, and our people , it is easy to forget that we too need to be replenished. Burnout is not a personal failure. It is what happens when we pour from an empty cup for too long.
In this virtual gathering, we'll explore what it means to resource ourselves not as an afterthought, but as a practice. This is as essential to the work as any strategy or campaign. We'll look honestly at what burns us out, what inspires us, and what gets in the way of letting ourselves be restored.
Throuugh guided reflection, embodied practice, and community dialogue, we'll explore how sustainable self-care is not indulgent, but how we protect our capacity to keep showing up for what matters most.
We'll share some simple practices with you that you can return to on your own whenever you feel depleted or like you’re burning out.
Whether you're feeling depleted, curious, or somewhere in between; there's room for you here.
