We last connected in June, and there's a lot to catch up on—new initiatives taking shape, fall programming coming into focus, and the everyday challenges that come with leading a mission-driven organization. Step out of your day-to-day grind and spend time with peers who genuinely understand the weight of this work: the budget pressures, the board battles, the balancing of vision and capacity. Whether you're launching something new this fall or simply eager to collaborate with and support people who get it, this is your time to think out loud and lean on a group that has your back. This will be a curated and guided informal discussion.

Pasadena Heritage is one of Southern California’s leading historic preservation organizations, dedicated for nearly 50 years to protecting the places that give Pasadena its distinctive character and sense of place. Through advocacy, education, community engagement, and stewardship, they work to ensure that historic places remain meaningful and relevant to the community today. Their home, the historic Blinn House, reflects that mission in action. Designed in 1905 by renowned architect George Washington Maher, the Blinn House serves not only as Pasadena Heritage’s headquarters, but as a welcoming community gathering place—hosting programs, nonprofit partners, meetings, celebrations, and conversations about Pasadena’s past, present, and future.
