Event Setup & Logistics Volunteers
Friday, November 6 | 5:30 PM
Help us get everything ready for the big night! Volunteers will assist with unloading and transporting event supplies, organizing materials, and helping with event setup and decorations as needed.
Please note: This role may involve lifting, carrying, and moving event materials.
Ushers
Saturday, November 7
Help ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by guiding attendees to their designated seating areas, answering seating questions, and assisting guests throughout the event. Volunteers should be friendly, attentive, and approachable.
Attire: Black and white clothing.
Sign-In Attendants
Saturday, November 7
Be one of the first friendly faces our guests see! Welcome attendees as they arrive, assist with the check-in process, provide table assignments, answer general event questions, and direct guests to their seating areas.
