How do I register myself or my guests?
After purchasing tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “Provide Your Guest Names” button. You can enter guest details using “Edit Guest” or send tickets via email or text so guests can complete their own information.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes—go to your ticket page, select “Edit Guest,” and update the attendee information.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Event Logistics & Parking
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving by 6:30 PM to enjoy the Sunset Cocktail Hour, food prepared by the Monterey Bay Aquairum's culinary chef, networking, and live music before the program begins at 8:00 PM.
Please allow approximately 20 minutes for parking, security screening, and event check-in.

Where should I park?
Complimentary event parking is available at the Cannery Row Garage, 601 Wave Street, approximately a three-block walk from the Aquarium. Please pull a ticket upon entry and bring it with you. Parking tickets can be validated at event check-in for complimentary parking. Look for a Hope Services parking attendant wearing a bright green vest for assistance and directions.
Is guest drop-off available?
Yes. Guests may be dropped off directly at the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s main entrance at 886 Cannery Row.
Event Experience
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire—dress to impress while keeping comfort in mind, as you’ll be strolling through the Ocean’s Edge wing of the Aquarium throughout the evening. Comfortable dress shoes are encouraged.

Fundraising & Participation
What is a Fund-A-Need?
A live giving opportunity during the program where guests can make a direct impact supporting Hope Services programs and disability inclusion.
Do I need to bring anything to participate?
No. Guests can register a credit card in advance through your ticketing page or onsite. Registering in advance will make participating in the live auction and Fund-A-Need even easier!
