Project Transitions is dedicated to serving people with HIV by providing housing, comprehensive support services, recuperative care and hospice in compassionate and caring environments. When people with HIV have stable housing, their health improves, medical costs go down, and the further spread of HIV is prevented. Our services improve individual outcomes and community health.

Join us on May 2, 2024 to help paint the new office! Work will include: painting freshly installed sheetrock, not door hardware.  One color paint and a different color trim!  

Please dress accordingly!  

Lunch and drinks will be provided! Partial volunteer time available.
