As Community First! Village continues to expand, so does its mission: providing dignified, permanent housing and a true sense of community for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness in Central Texas.

HomeAid Austin and Community First! Village invite builders, contractors, suppliers, and industry leaders to join us for an exclusive in-person Builder Recruitment Breakfast on July 9th. With hundreds of additional microhomes planned, we are seeking committed building partners who are ready to make a lasting impact.

This event is specifically designed for builder owners, executives, division leaders, and decision-makers who have the authority to commit their company to sponsoring and building a microhome at Community First! Village. If your team is serious about exploring this opportunity, we encourage you to attend.

During this special event, you will:

• Learn about the next phase of Community First! Village expansion and upcoming microhome construction opportunities
• Gain insight into what it takes to build at the Village, including timelines, expectations, and support available to builder partners
• Hear directly from Community First! Village staff about the life-changing impact these homes have on residents
• Listen to past builder partners share their experiences and why they continue to invest in this mission
