Help us make this fun-filled night a smashing success! We’re looking for volunteers to support our Mahjong, Mingle and Make a Difference event on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Haggard Party Barn. Whether you can lend a hand before, during, or after the event, we have a role for you!

Set Up Crew | 1:00 – 4:30 PM

Check-In | 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Servers | 6:30 – 8:30 PM

Runners (Raffle Ticket Helpers) | 6:30 – 8:30 PM

Traffic Control | 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Breakdown Crew | 9:00 – 10:30 PM
