Heart of the Mission
Monthly Lunch Lecture Series | 2026
Heart of the Hills Pregnancy Resources is committed not only to serving women and families in moments of crisis, but also to equipping our staff, volunteers, partners, and community leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to provide compassionate, informed care.
Following the strong response to our recent Heart of the Mission training, we are launching a monthly Lunch Lecture Series throughout 2026 designed to deepen understanding, strengthen collaboration, and build a shared foundation across all who serve alongside our mission.
These gatherings will bring together advocates, medical professionals, volunteers, board members, ministry leaders, and community partners for engaging, practical discussions on topics that directly impact the women and families we encounter each day.
Each session will focus on a specific area of education or skill development, including:
-
Trauma-informed care and effective client engagement
-
Pregnancy and women’s health education
-
Current trends and legislation impacting pregnancy decisions
-
Natural family planning and holistic health
-
Father engagement and strengthening family stability
-
Human trafficking awareness and client safety
-
Communicating the mission with clarity and compassion
Some sessions will be led by experienced members of the Heart of the Hills team, while others will feature respected medical professionals, counselors, ministry leaders, and subject-matter experts from across our region.
Attendance is free and open to the public. We simply ask that you reserve a complimentary ticket for the session(s) you plan to attend as your RSVP so our team can plan appropriately for seating and lunch.
If you are a community partner, medical professional, ministry leader, volunteer, or interested member of the public, we welcome your participation. For upcoming dates and registration, please visit our events calendar or contact our office for more information.
