Set out signs prior to event.
General event set up. Morning Shift, 7am-12pm.
Check in shooters & teams at the start of the event. Morning Shift, 7am - 12pm,
Ensure waivers are completed and collected from every shooter upon check- in. Morning Shift, 7am - 12pm.
Morning Shift, 7am-12pm.
Afternoon Shift, 12pm - 6pm.
Picking up signs at the end of the event.
All volunteers are encouraged to help with clean up. Feel free to pitch in if you can, even if you are signed up for another volunteer opportunity. It is greatly appreciated!
Sell raffle tickets throughout the event.
Oversee all volunteers and help where needed.
Help at all stations, wherever you are needed.
