The Purpose
For those who are unfamiliar, the main purpose of Bash is to support our beloved school through ticket sales and a live auction at the event, while bringing the parents, teachers and staff of our community together for a fun adult evening out. It makes a HUGE difference to the well-being of the school and funds are IMMEDIATELY put to use.
The Fun
The kid-free event includes a catered dinner, open bar, music, dancing, and a professional auctioneer who makes the bidding wars on our fabulous auction prizes extra fun! We also run a separate online silent auction and encourage sharing it with outside-of-FPP friends and family members. Dress up, or don’t; it’s up to you.
Money Raised Goes To
Fund a need. This year, the school would love to raise $20K to expand the playground shade structure to connect the playground door to the Dragon Goal entrance, keeping the kiddos and teachers out of the elements between those areas. In years past, the proceeds from Bash have paid for a new roof and the incredible renovated playground. Funds also go to the upkeep of the building and grounds, PTC events like pizza days and more.
Auction Information
The silent auction is OPEN! Make sure to check out the items and BID, BID, BID! Lots of new items will be posted throughout the week, so keep checking!!
Here is a guide to participating in the auction:
Register: If you haven't registered yet, make sure to register to bid. If you're already registered, click through to confirm. You'll be taken to the MY AUCTION page. Make sure to pre authorize your credit card to be able to bid.
View Auction Items: Browse the auction items, click on an item to view item description and images. Click the heart to "like" and follow an item. You'll also be able to preview the live auction items and party boards that will be available on Friday night!
Bid: Now's the time to make your bid!! Or you will have the option to Buy Now, if you see something you REALLY want! If you are outbid, you will be notified by text & email.
Winning: When our silent auction closes, you will be notified by text if you have won an item.
Payment: If you registered a credit card, your card will be charged for all items & donations made at one time. You will be emailed a receipt.
Auction Item Distribution: If you were one of the lucky winning bidders during the silent auction, your items will be available for pick-up starting Tuesday, April 25 at Freedom Park Preschool and will be coordinated by classroom. If for any reason you are unable to pick-up your items at the school, please email Ret Paccasassi (rmpaccasassi@yahoo.com) to make other arrangements. If you signed-up for a Party Board, details will be emailed directly to you about these events.
