Our Culinary School students transform the Milford Café into a refined dining destination, serving a thoughtfully crafted, five course menu featuring seasonal, farm fresh ingredients.

Dinner is followed by an intimate, romantic performance by the singers of OperaDelaware.

Firecracker prawns: prawns, wontons, cilantro-lime, sriracha

Soup: Snapper soup

Salad: Roasted butternut squash, goat cheese, apples, candy walnuts, arugula

Entree:  Beef Wellington: filet, wild mushroom duxelle, sautéed spinach, house made puff pastry, side of red wine Demi

Dessert: Sacher torte, strawberry mousse, chocolate ganache
