About FOCUS Cleveland
FOCUS Cleveland brings Orthodox Christians together to make Christ’s love visible by caring for neighbors facing homelessness, hunger, and other immediate needs. Serving the Ohio City community since 1977, St. Herman House shelters homeless men, serves three hot meals a day, seven days a week, and meets the basic needs of anyone who comes through its doors—every day of the year, without exception. Through emergency shelter and transitional housing, meals and groceries, case management, referrals, and job and life-skills support, FOCUS Cleveland helps neighbors move toward greater stability while providing dignity, hospitality, and meaningful relationships. At our Center, everyone is part of “the Family,” reflecting the belief that in the face of every person served, we encounter the face of Christ.
