Erin Elder has been with Turner Construction for 16 years, working in various operational roles. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Business Development Manager. Over the years, she’s led several high- profile projects as a Senior Project Manager and Project Executive, including the Compass Minerals National Performance Center for USA Soccer and Sporting Kansas City, the B.E. Smith Family Center for AdventHealth, renovations to the Chiefs Stadium including the Hall of Honor, and updates to KU Allen Fieldhouse.

Erin is continuing to put her Architectural Engineering degree from KU, her operational expertise, and her strong Kansas City connections to work, helping Turner build lasting partnerships and uncover new opportunities for the local office.

Erin lives in Overland Park with her husband Ryan, their daughter Cameron (6), and son Brady (3). Outside of work, she loves exploring Kansas City, spending time with friends, and staying active as a jazzercise instructor three mornings a week.
