Essence of Life Awards & Charity Auction is ElderHelp's signature annual celebration. We honor the seniors and supporters who advance our mission of aging with dignity and independence. It's an afternoon of heartfelt recognition, community and generosity in support of local seniors.

FUND A NEED: Food Pantry Delivery

To combat food insecurity, ElderHelp supports nearly 1,000 seniors with shopping and/or safe grocery delivery. $50 delivers 5 bags of groceries.

FUND A NEED: Rides to the Doctor

Transportation to essential healthcare appointments improves the physical and emotional well-being of local seniors. $100 provides three roundtrip rides for one senior.

FUND A NEED: Check-In Calls/Friendly Visits

Addressing isolation, seniors are matched with volunteers for encouraging phone calls and conversations, easing fears and anxiety, and alerting staff of potential serious medical concerns. $250 provides this service to 4 seniors for one month.

FUND A NEED: Care Coordination

Personalized care management and allowing each senior to self-advocate promotes independence and dignity. $1,000 provides three months of care coordination services such as grocery shopping, friendly visits, and advocacy.
