Cancer Support Community (CSC) Massachusetts is excited to host the second annual Cocktails for a Cause event featuring our AMAZING bartenders!

Supporting the Cancer Support Community’s mission to uplift and strengthen people impacted by cancer by providing support, fostering compassionate communities, and breaking down barriers to care. CSC’s services are available at no cost to patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones. Support our 2025 bartenders as they compete for the coveted "CSC MA Sunburst Cup"!

Bartender Bio

Dr. Abramson is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Center for Lymphoma and the Jon and Jo Ann Hagler Chair in Lymphoma at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Boston.  Dr. Abramson earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and a Masters Degree in Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation from Harvard Medical School.  He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, followed by a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Abramson's clinical and research interests are in non-Hodgkin lymphomas, Hodgkin lymphoma, and CLL. His research involves the design and conduct of clinical trials of targeted therapies and immunotherapies in these diseases.  He serves as a panelist for the NCCN guidelines in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
