In-Kind Donation Form

Please provide as much detail as possible about your donation to the Saber Soiree SY26/27, taking place on February 20, 2027. Complete information helps us accurately describe, promote, and package your item and/or experience for the auction.

Please include:

• A clear description of the item or experience, including quantity, size, color, model, materials, or other relevant details
• The estimated fair market value. **Required for the item to be included in the auction and for a tax receipt to be issued.
• Website or informational links, when applicable
• Any terms or restrictions, including exclusions, expiration dates, blackout dates, age requirements, and redemption or scheduling instructions
• The donor or business name to be recognized in the auction and listed on the tax receipt
• Any additional details that help guests understand the donation’s value and features
• Images of the donation. Businesses should also upload a logo for use in auction materials.
