Donate an Item or Service

When submitting your donation, please provide as much information as possible, including

• a detailed description of the item or service,

• the estimated retail value, and

• any restrictions, expiration dates, or other important details that bidders should know.

If possible, please also upload a high-quality image of your donation. Images help us promote auction items and are especially important for online bidders who may not be attending the event in person. Your uploaded image may be the primary visual they see when deciding whether to bid.

After you submit the form, a member of the CCDS Parent Association may contact you with questions or to confirm additional details.
