A Celebration of Coming Together & Honoring a Champion
Chariot, Drive a Senior Austin, and Senior Access, have come together as one united organization - Drive a Senior -strengthening our shared commitment to helping older adults remain independent, connected, and supported as they age.
This celebratory luncheon brings together supporters, volunteers, community leaders, and partners to mark this important milestone. It is a moment to honor our shared history, celebrate collaboration, and look ahead to the expanded impact we can achieve together.
We'll also be recognizing a remarkable individual whose dedication embodies the heart of this work - Mary Sue Clyne. Mary Sue is a lontime donor, volunteer, board member, and unwavering champion of Drive a Senior. Her generosity, leadership, and commitment to older adults and our mission have helped shape the organization we are today. Her service reflects the very spirit of this gathering - showing what is possible when care, compassion, and community come together.
We are deeply grateful for Mary Sue’s legacy and honored to celebrate her as part of this special milestone.
As our communities grow and age, more older adults are turning to Drive a Senior for help navigating daily life - often with limited income, declining health, or little family support nearby.
Funds raised through this luncheon help sustain and expand essential services, including transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and social activities - along with the human connection that helps older adults remain engaged and independent.
This gathering celebrates not just a moment, but a shared commitment to ensuring no older adult is left isolated.
Whether you attend, sponsor, or support from afar, your participation helps strengthen a united organization built on dignity, connection, and care for older adults.
We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate this new chapter - together.
