CulperCon 2025

"In terms of value for the cost and time, this was the best networking opportunity I've ever attended."

CULPERCON2025

CulperCon 2025 will take place September 26–27 in Arlington, VA. This year’s theme will continue to support "New Chapter, Forever Mission" by highlights formers who have made successful transitions and are willing to help others do the same. We’re expecting around 500 attendees and will feature a diverse lineup of 50 speakers and panelists across concurrent sessions. CulperCon is unique because all attendees, as well as speakers and panelists—with the exception of the keynote speakers—are current or former (blue badge) officers. The sessions will showcase formers with Big Ideas, startup demos from founder-CEOs, breakout panels, and unique success stories from small businesses and non-profits. We also offer practical sessions for those exploring their next move.

"Nice to be back with my people again."  🔸 "I came not just to learn but to give back to my colleagues and share what I’ve learned.”
