What a blessing it is to continue sharing the love of Christ in the Hudson Bend community!

This Saturday, alongside the amazing young men of the YMSL – Cavalier Chapter, we’ll be building a playground where children and parents can gather, laugh, and strengthen relationships. It’s another step toward creating common spaces that bring neighbors together and make room for God to move in their community.

Cornerstone has been blessed by generous donations that have provided much of the material for this playscape. What a beautiful picture of mentorship, teamwork, and the body of Christ coming together to serve!

This will be a big push on the playground at Hudson Bend!  YMSL is expected to come out strong alongside our volunteers and we also need 4-5 group leaders to help small groups of hammers, drills, and saws follow the construction plan.  If you are willing to lead a group, please let Rusty or Chip know so we can plan for that and provide more information.  It has been a blessing to pour into the young men from YMSL that have been working on the project, and being a group leader is the perfect opportunity to show what service to others looks like.
