Official Rules – Robert Earl Keen and Friends: Applause For The Cause Sweepstakes
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 47 United States and the District of Columbia (void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Donation/Entry Purchase: Entrants may receive entries by making a qualifying donation through the Sweepstakes Official Page.

Free Entry: Entrants may also obtain one (1) free entry without making a donation by completing the free submission on the Sweepstakes Official Page.

Limit: One free entry per person/account/household for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple free entries from the same person/account/household will be void. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.
Entry Period
Entries must be received between August 26, 2025 and September 1, 2025 at 10:00 am CST.
Prizes
As fundraising milestones are reached, prizes will be unlocked. Each prize will be awarded to a separate winner.

Tier 1 (unlocked at less than $30,000 raised): Oceanfront Fiji for 4 package (ARV: $8,000).

Tier 2 (unlocked at $40,000 raised): Brilliant Costa Rica package (ARV: $3,900).

Tier 3 (unlocked at $50,000 raised): Argentina Dove Hunt package (ARV: $3,400).

Tier 4 (unlocked at $60,000 raised): Culinary Tuscany package (ARV: $4,000).

Tier 5 (unlocked at $80,000 raised): Sonoma Private Estate package (ARV: $8,000).
If all tiers are reached, a total of five (5) winners will be selected, with one prize awarded per winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substitute. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection and Notification

For each unlocked tier, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Drawings will occur in ascending order of unlocked tiers, until all unlocked prizes are awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the fundraising total achieved.

Winners will be notified by email and phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in time will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible entries.
No Affiliation Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Robert Earl Keen, any performing artists, or any other third party mentioned. Any references are for descriptive purposes only.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or use/acceptance of the prize.
Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws. All legal claims must be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the federal or state courts located in Texas.
