There are so many ways to lend a hand! Our organization is currently run entirely by volunteers, and our mission is to create a dynamic community, both online and in person, that supports all families navigating the needs of their child in therapy, regardless of diagnosis. By volunteering with us, you can contribute to our meaningful committees and make a significant impact in our community.

We have opportunities to join one of our committees, help out with our specific events, or just add your name to our general list of volunteers. General Volunteer Opportunities

I would be interested in receiving information about volunteering for specific CITY of Support needs and/or at upcoming CITY of Support events.

Parent Advisory Committee (Parents Only)

This group of parents helps to keep our caregivers at the focus of every project we initiate at CITY of Support. They weigh in with our leadership team and help to promote projects that focus on 1) caregiver connections, 2) community outreach, and 3) family support/respite.

Education Committee (Professionals Only)

This group of professionals help to identify opportunities for parent and professional learning, contribute to our continuing education programs, and guide our areas of focus for blogs/webinars/retreats.

Event Committee

This fun group is responsible for coordinating some of CITY of Support’s favorite annual traditions, including our CITY Tribute Concert, Graduation Celebration & Parent Retreat. With additional volunteers, we may be able to create additional events throughout the year!

Fundraising/Outreach Committee

Because we are an organization run that offers all of its resources and programs at no charge for parents, we depend on the support and contributions from our community partners. This resourceful group helps to curate the most meaningful ways individuals and corporations can donate to CITY of Support and make a lasting impact on the families we serve.
