Graduation Celebration Sponsorships

How will you participate in this year's Graduation Celebration?

There are many ways for you to participate in this exciting annual event, either as a clinic/therapist or as a community business.  Please read below (and make note of the timing) to see which option is the best fit!  Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Increased visibility at the Graduation Celebration
  • Hosting your own Graduation Class
  • Printing your name on the re-usable bags
  • Hosting/Sponsoring a Graduation Station
  • Including handouts in our re-usable bags

 

Sponsors allow families to participate in this special celebration at NO COST.  This unique annual event strives to bring families together from all over Chicagoland at an event specifically designed to recognize their child's achievements over the past year--whatever they may be!  Families submit their child's achievements when they register, so when they arrive, each graduate will be welcomed with a public acknowlewdgement, a personalized medal, and a cheering squad.  Our celebration is designed as a combination fun-fair and resource fair.  Families are encouraged to move at their own pace, enjoying the different high/low sensory activities and visiting the booths that are the most meaningful for them.

Our graduates don't always achieve milestones at the expected ages and their accomplishments are not always comparable to those of children who are not in therapy. Parents report that they most enjoy seeing their child shine with pride when showered with individual attention and encouragement from their community.  We are looking forward to collaborating with you in celebrating the children and families at C.I.T.Y. of Support's premier annual event, our Graduation Celebration!  Email us with any questions: hello@cityofsupport.org

 

For Your Printed Materials (to be included inside the bags):

  • DROP OFF materials at: C.I.T.Y. of Support's GENERO-C.I.T.Y. Toy Shop located at 91 W. Rand Rd. in Arlington Heights, 60004 OR
  • MAIL materials to: C.I.T.Y. of Support c/o Roots Therapeutic Academy at 160 Lexington Drive, Suite B in Buffalo Grove, 60089.

All printed materials must be received by: Tuesday, June 10th in order to be included in the bags, allowing us time to organize and assemble all of the information.

 

 

 

 

Donation Levels


$50 Bag Contributor
  • One paper handout (no larger than 8.5x11) and a business card included in each family's take-home bag. Must be received by 6/10.

$150 CLINICS: Graduation Station Host
  • Includes the above and have the opportunity to interact with the graduates as they explore the celebration.
  • Distribute additional resources/prizes, cheer on the graduates, and/or host a very simple celebratory game as the graduates visit your station.
  • Due to space, we have a capacity to host 25 stations in the school auditorium, and preference will be given to the first to sign-up and those also hosting a “Graduation Class” (see below).
    • 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided. Any handouts or signage will be the responsibility of the sponsor and must remain within their designated area.
  • Once we reach our maximum, we will be accommodate additional stations in neighboring rooms or outside in the parking lot based on availability.
    • These sponsors will need to then provide their own table, chairs, and/or canopy due to limited supplies at the school.

  • Includes the above and have your clinic's name printed on the reusable bag each family receives at the event (based on space & availability). Must be reserved by 5/3.

$600 CLINICS: Host Your Own Graduation Class
  • Includes the above and features your clinic’s graduates! Choose a designated ribbon color/pattern that will be used exclusively for your graduates' medals (based on availability). The colors marked with a check have already been reserved, so we recommend signing up soon!  Must be reserved by 5/24.
  • Encourage families who register with your class to wear your specific color to the celebration!
  • One composite "Class of 2025" photo to proudly display in your clinic with all your graduates' professional photos taken at the celebration.
  • Reservation of a Graduation Station at the live event with preferential seating in the auditorium (see above).
  • One social media post announcing your clinic's participation & ribbon color
  • Prominent signage near the graduation stage
  • Website recognition
