Come teach. Pull back the curtain on what your world actually looks like. What does a normal Tuesday feel like in your field? What skills matter? What does it pay? What’s the path in and what’s the climb up?  Answer the questions they don't know how to ask yet.

Hiring Partner
If you’re actively recruiting, bring the applications. Meet candidates. Collect resumes. Start real conversations about internships, apprenticeships, part-time or full-time roles. Build your pipeline while changing someone’s trajectory.

Some businesses will spark interest.
Some will offer opportunity.
Both matter.
