Since 1999, the 2,600 Snohomish County Employees have participated in the March Against Hunger. For the entire month of March the county employees raise funds and collect non-perishable food items to donate to the Volunteers of America Food bank.
Did you know that without access to foodbanks, 1 in 7 people in Washington would go hungry? Sadly, 50% of individuals that utilize these community resources are children and seniors.
