Volunteers comfortable with physical labor will arrive early to set up tables, signage, and stage areas prior to doors opening.
Adult volunteers will support youth volunteers as they manage the donation station throughout the event.
Youth volunteers to oversee ticket sales, prize inventory, and help conduct live raffle drawing on stage.
Adult volunteers will work alongside youth volunteers to oversee ticket sales, prize inventory, and the live raffle drawing on stage.
Creative volunteers will host games, arts and crafts, and interactive activities for kids and families.
Volunteers will welcome VIPs, check wristbands, distribute swag and drink tickets, and maintain a premium guest experience.
Serving as the primary point of contact, volunteers will check in participants, answer questions, and assist with general wayfinding.
This volunteer will manage the vendor area, assist with load-in, and ensure all vendor tables operate smoothly.
Working with the event photographer, this volunteer will move throughout the venue capturing real-time photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok.
Ideal for first-timers, these volunteers will offer flexible support with crowd flow, supply restocking, and on-the-fly event needs.
