Safe City Cycling (SCC) is designed to teach adult cyclists how to use a bicycle with confidence and competence for pleasure, utility, and sport under various road, climate, terrain, and traffic conditions. This class involves virtual learning, as well as parking lot drills and on-the-road practice with certified instructors.

This is mostly an on-bike portion of the class.  Before we ride, we will have an inside-class overview.  Those who sign up will be provided a virtual link for the classroom portion, which will be sent in advance.

The on-bike portion of the class will start in an empty parking lot. We will practice cycling drills and maneuvers.  Then we will ride as a group in the street.

Students must provide their own bicycle and helmet. Helmets are required for this portion of the class.

This class is $25 per adult. Students can register at the link above under Tickets.
