The 2025 Barristers’ Ball program booklet will be digitally published only in an 8 ½ x 11-page portrait format. All ads should be in high resolution and fully developed in accordance with this size format and must be submitted in acceptable file extensions such as: jpg, pdf, png, etc. The committee will not be able to assist in resizing, nor creating the ad. Individuals, campaigns, non-profits, and businesses are invited to purchase a congratulatory ad for the 2025 Barristers' Ball. The advertisement will be a part of the digital program booklet and will be shared on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and on-screen during the ball. The ad should include a congratulatory message to the Ben F. Jones Chapter of the National Bar Association or to one or more of the award recipients, including the A.A. Latting Award(s), President's Award(s), Young Lawyer of Year Award, Outstanding Court Support Award, or Judge D'Army Bailey Scholarship Recipients.  Advertisements including language soliciting a purchase or requesting votes will not be accepted. 

All ads fully developed and ready for production (in the correct size and file extension given above) shall be submitted to Vice President Princess Woodard by email: pwoodardesq@outlook.com and vicepresident@benfjones.org.
