Join us the Austin Woods & Waters Club once again for an evening to benefit the McBride Conservation Fund Foundation. To date the McBride Conservation Fund Foundation has given close to $1,000,000 to deserving individuals and groups, focusing on the outdoors. It's a night of inspiration as old, and new friends share their outdoor experiences while giving back to the future of hunting and fishing. Come and experience how the McBride Foundation is preserving our rich outdoor heritage for the next generation.
This 2025 Austin Woods and Waters Club Banquet will take place on April 17, 2025 at the United Heritage Center @ Dell Diamond [3400 E Palm Valley Rd, Round Rock] with plenty of parking and a view inside the ballpark. The evening begins at 5pm with a private reception for our sponsors with an open bar, appetizers and entertainment. The doors open at 6pm for all attendees where you can expect cocktails, a seated dinner, live auction, raffles, games, live music and more. Everyone will enjoy displays showcasing our collection of unique auction items and raffle prizes featuring exclusive hunting adventures, fishing excursions, family & couple vacations, firearms and much more.
