TownLake Golf DEMO
“GymRats” refers to a group of philanthropic pick-up basketballers. This group has been hooping it up together at TownLake for decades. One day they got to talking and decided to explore other adventures together, such as golf. The goal was to have fellowship off the court like they did on the court, but with no fouls being called.
The GymRats also felt a call to help support something they deeply appreciated – the YMCA. After all, the YMCA is what brought them together in the first place. Thus GymRat Open benefit golf tournament was born. A whopping 20 years later, this great group of people is still golfing for good, so that so many people can have the opportunity to find their best selves at the YMCA and in the wider community.
