It Was a Very Good Year includes a variety of wines, carefully selected to accompany four elegant, chef-designed courses.
Proceeds from the event will support Art Spaces and will help to provide public art and the design of public places to enhance economic growth, enrich cultural experiences, and build a legacy for future generations.

Pan Seared Jumbo Diver Scallop

Salad of Baby Arugula and Red Rosettes lettuce with Serrano ham

Both served with shaved Spanish manchego, spiced Marcona almonds, and a sherry wine vinaigrette

Braised Angus Beef Short Ribs served in a red wine sauce with Jamon and mushrooms over soft corn polenta with tri-color cauliflower gratin and roasted Roma tomatoes
Vegetarian Option: Quatro Estaciones (Four Seasons)
Black lentils with roasted vegetables, red quinoa with dinosaur kale, and melted leeks served with roasted sweet potatoes w/caramelized onions and tri-color cauliflower gratin with Gruyere cheese
4th Course
Mini Hummingbird Cake drizzled with cream cheese icing
Served with grilled pineapple and pineapple coulis
