Our 2026 Priorities

Growing the Mission Ambassador Program
RIA’s Mission Ambassadors are powerful advocates who amplify survivor voices and extend our community presence. In 2026, we will expand this program to engage more ambassadors across Massachusetts—building awareness, strengthening partnerships, and connecting more survivors to life-changing resources. Launching Professional Trainings with CEU Opportunities
This year, RIA will introduce high-quality professional trainings that offer Continuing Education Credits (CEUs). These trainings will equip providers and community partners with trauma-informed, survivor-centered tools—raising the standard of care and ensuring survivors encounter knowledgeable, compassionate support wherever they turn.

Expanding Our Network of Leaders and Providers
To meet growing demand, RIA is increasing the number of Board Members, Peer-Mentors, and Clinicians within our network. This strategic growth will directly expand service capacity, reduce wait times, and ensure more survivors in Massachusetts can access timely, specialized support.
