Donations from our Friends makes up over 1/3 of our operating budget.  Ossabaw Island Foundation is a 501 c 3 non profit organization located in Savannah, Georgia. Contributions to the Ossabaw Island Foundation are deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Friends’ annual contributions make possible the preservation of the island’s historic properties, which include 1840 tabby enslaved cabins, the 1880 Club House, 1918 Board House and the outstanding Spanish Colonial house built in 1924.

Friends make it possible for the Foundation to continue to share the island with the others that love the Georgia Barrier Islands.

Support from the Friends of Ossabaw is essential to the continuing operation of meaningful environmental, historical, and cultural educational programs. By joining you will receive our newsletter and will be the first to learn about our day trips and other Ossabaw experiences.
