Commercial equipment is one of the biggest investments restaurant owners will make when starting their business, and taking care of that equipment is a surefire way to make your investment worth your while.

Matt Henson, the Director of Preventative Maintenance at Valley Commercial Service, will be teaching this class. Matt has nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working for big names like Jean-Robert, Boca, and Jeff Ruby’s before transitioning into equipment maintenance. He has six years of experience repairing HVAC systems and four years as a refrigeration technician.

Tickets are $20 per person. This class will be held at Findlay Kitchen - 1719 Elm St., Cincinnati, OH 45202.
