Waiver

By registering for and participating in IMGN Life's Walk 4 Life, I acknowledge that walking and participating in an outdoor community event involves certain risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, uneven surfaces, roadway or traffic hazards, weather conditions, contact with other participants, physical exertion, and other risks that may result in injury or illness.

I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in Walk 4 Life. I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines and to exercise reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Virginia law, I release and hold harmless IMGN Life, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, and representatives from claims or liabilities arising from my participation in Walk 4 Life, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived.

I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses and any other costs resulting from an injury or illness occurring during or related to my participation in Walk 4 Life.
