Acknowledgment of Risks: I, the undersigned participant, understand that participating in the Warrior Walk Involves physical activity that may pose risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation. 

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, demands, or causes of action against Brave Like Ellie, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. 

Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the event, and I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 

Photography Release: I grant permission for Brave Like Ellie and the event organizers to use my image or likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes. 

Agreement: I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I am signing this waiver voluntarily and intend to be legally bound by it.
