And just like that... the summer is nearly over and it's time that we prepare for our school year programs and our annual benefit show (read on to learn about the early bird special)! But before we get into the academic year, let's reminisce on what a truly wonderful summer it's been!

• EmVision Productions helped us create a brand new mission and impact video through their Emvisionary Grant Program. Please share widely!
• Circus Up was welcomed back to summer camps in Western Mass at The Farm School and Multicultural BRIDGE
• We met lots of circus enthusiasts through new partnerships with Newton Community Development Foundation, Empower, Boston Scores, and TADpole 10 hosted by the Highland Street Foundation
• Kirkos, our youth performance troupe, performed at festivals and enjoyed field trips at places like the DSNI Multicultural Festival, the Roslindale Farmers Market, Farrington Nature Linc, Hale Education, and more!
• Circus Up staff created and performed a full length show for the first time together! 

We look forward to taking what we learned and applying those lessons to a new school year!

We're so pleased to announce that Circus Up has received the YouthReach grant from Mass Cultural Council! We are grateful for leaders who are dedicated to creating robust and bountiful opportunities for local artists and arts organizations. With this grant we're able to enter this new year with more confidence, and more importantly, we're in a better position to bring the circus arts to more and more youth in and around Boston.
